Drop-in Hours
What are skincare drop-in hours?
Drop-in hours are 1-hour time blocks three times every week when anyone can drop in without an appointment to chat about skincare, patch-test new products, or just enjoy a cup of tea and a little community moment. We all need more community! Also, my schedule often fills up weeks in advance, so drop-in hours are here so that members can always get a last-minute spot treatment or consultation when they need it most.​​
Do I need to be a member to come to drop-in hours?
No! Everyone is welcome to come for a chat, patch test products, and try out skincare gadgets. You do need to be a member to receive a spot treatment or a personalized consultation during drop-in hours.​​
Do I need to be a member to get a spot treatment or a consultation during drop-in hours?
Yes! Members get extra perks during drop-in hours:

Guaranteed Spot Treatments: Members get priority access for spot treatments, even when the rest of my calendar is booked. Members also receive 10% off spot treatments during drop-in hours.

Free Consultations: Members get free, in-depth, 1-on-1 skin analysis and routine adjustments during drop-in hours.
If you are not a member and you want a consultation and/or spot treatment, please book it separately.
Are drop-in hours free?
Yes! Walking in to chat, test products, or have me look at your skin is completely free. The only cost associated with drop-in hours is for spot treatments.
Membership
What is the Skin Habit Membership?
Membership includes one 60-minute facial each month, a complete at-home skincare plan updated monthly based on your goals, 10% off spot treatments during drop-in hours, free skin consultations during drop-in hours, and unlimited skincare advice, fact-checking, and recommendations from me. Think of it like having a skincare-obsessed best friend who reads the research for you.

Memberships can be purchased online and are ideal for clients with chronic conditions like acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation, or anyone who loves having a plan and support for their skin.

Do I need to commit to 3+ months of membership?
No, there’s no minimum commitment! You can cancel your membership anytime.
When does my membership renew?
Membership renews on the 1st of each month. If you cancel after the 1st but you haven’t received a monthly facial yet, I will refund you for the full month. If you have already received your facial for the month, I will cancel your membership starting the following month. I do not offer pro-rated or partial month refunds.

Facials
Do I need to make an appointment?
Almost always yes! All services are by appointment only except during skincare drop-in hours, which are first-come, first-served for members and do not require a booking.​​
I’m not sure which facial to book. What should I choose?
No worries, that’s my specialty. Just book the amount of time that works for you and I’ll customize the treatment based on your skin that day. No two facials are ever the same. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to note it when booking.​​
What’s included in a facial?
All facials include a thorough cleanse and skin analysis, a customized treatment plan, massage, up to 3 modalities, and finishing products. Additional modalities may include sonic extraction, LED therapy, lymphatic drainage, microcurrent, oxygen infusion, advanced peels, and more. I use multiple product lines, always science-backed, fragrance-free, non-irritating, and non-comedogenic.​​
What skincare brands do you use?
You’ll never see just one brand used in a treatment. I curate products from multiple lines based on peer-reviewed, independent scientific research and real-world results. You’ll likely see new products at every appointment. If it’s not effective, gentle, and intentional, it doesn’t make it onto your skin.​​
The Details
What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Anything less than 48 hours will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
What happens if I’m running late?
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a same-week reschedule or a $50 late fee.
